Shipping times vary depending on the product. Check out the 'Shipping Details' in the product description for an accurate timeframe.
Most items are shipped within 3-5 days. 
 
If you have a specific timeframe that you are needing a product, please reach out to me before purchasing so I can discuss a turn around time with you.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

No, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will process a refund or send a replacement if the item gets lost or damaged in the mail. These are handled on a case-by-case basis so please email me at kim@lattesandlettering.com with any concerns and I'll do my best to help.
